Fonterra – New Milk Powder Blending Plant In Indonesia

Dortek have supplied ultra hygienic doors for this new plant in Indonesia. Its Fonterra’s first manufacturing facility in the country and its largest investment in a new manufacturing facility in the ASEAN region in the last 10 years. It will have the capacity to pack and blend 12,000 tonnes of advanced and base nutrition milk powder products annually.

Fonterra required hygienic door solutions for its new blending and packing plant in Indonesia.

Solution

Dortek supplied hygienic single action fire and non fire rated doors across the facility. The hygienic, waterproof door has no seams for dirt or bacteria to grow making it ideal for dairy facilities.

The National Heart Centre, Singapore

The National Heart Centre (NHC) is a 185 bed national and regional referral centre for carviovascular diseases. It is a world class facility which has won multiple awards.

Brief

The hospital needed hygienic GRP door systems for their clinic areas.

Solution

Dortek manufactured and installed clean area and theatre doors, and it is these operating theatre doors that are the most innovative. The doors were fire rated, hygienic, x ray rated and hermetically sealing, incorporating four different door types all into one in order to offer a complete solution. Dortek also supplied 3 metre long hygienic observation windows into lab areas which were lead lined (x ray rated) and incorporated Smart Glass technology. Pass through hatches were installed in the hospitals cell culture laboratory and automations and interlocking were used to provide controlled, efficient and convenient access.
