    Brief

The client requires hygienic door solutions for its new cell therapy manufacturing plant.

    Solution

Dortek doors are designed to meet CGMP requirements and have a seamless gel coat finish which is non absorbent and easy to clean. These doors are high performance and low maintenance making them ideal for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

Dortek are supplying doors into a 50mm panel wall system. The client has requested a flush integrated magnet. We have developed a solution to provide the flush magnet that integrates into the frame head. This detail is now being implemented in many of our other projects as the standard magnet detail for 50 and 60mm wall panel systems.
