Ausnutria Hyproca

Brief

Ausnutria Hyproca needed to build their new infant formula factory using doors that will work long term and must prevent any chance of food contamination throughout the production facility. The tower that is needed to make the baby powder involves pouring milk into it at high temperature (with the powder produced at the bottom of it), and the temperature in this facility is 60 degrees Celsius, so the doors need to be able to withstand this temperature and function properly.

Solution

Dortek supplied hinged GRP doors with both GRP and stainless steel frames. The doors are perfect for withstanding temperature and functioning properly as they do not swell, rot, warp or rust and neither do they splinter, like timber laminate doors have done in facilities like this in the past. Also, Dortek GRP doors contain no voids, which is critical in this environment. The client loves the doors and was also impressed by the timely manner in which we delivered them and the professional way in which they were installed.
