Brief

The school needed specialist door systems for its new hydrotherapy pool. The children often have difficulty in accessing other pools which struggle to accommodate their needs with appropriate facilities for hoists and lifts so this pool will be purpose-built to fulfil their needs.

Solution

Dortek doors were specified for the pool area, pool stores and surrounding wet changing facilities. The doors fully encapsulated construction makes them moisture-proof and easy to keep clean. The pool entrance doors were also supplied with a locked entry system by electric strike latch with access by fob so only staff can gain entry, and internally an exit push button.
