The new 184-bed London hospital is part of Cleveland Clinic’s global health system which consistently ranks among the top hospitals in the world. Cleveland Clinic London is one of the first private hospitals in the UK that can conduct intraoperative imaging for brain and spinal cord disorders. The hospital is also equipped with a 41-bed neuro rehabilitation suite with technologically advanced robotic equipment.
Brief
The private hospital required hygienic doors and glass door solutions across its operating theatres and ICU wards.
Solution
Dortek supplied hermetically sealing sliding glass doors across the ICU and hygienic GRP doors throughout the operating theatres. The hygienic GRP doors are specifically constructed for high hygiene areas and are completely free from timber or other organic materials which can harbour bacteria. Dortek GRP doors also have excellent resistance to most disinfectants, solvents and other strong chemicals including hydrogen peroxide.
