Brief

GSK Biologicals required hygienic door solutions for their new manufacturing plant. Belgium hosts 3 main vaccine sites for GSK (in Wavre, Rixensart and Gembloux).

Solution

Dortek have supplied multiple projects across both Wavre and Rixensart sites. Dortek supplied hygienic fire rated hinged and sliding doors throughout the facilities. Doors were fire rated to Belgium standards to meet Ei 1 60 requirements.

Dortek installed doors across ISO 6,7 and 8 cleanrooms.  Dortek integrated doors into double plasterboard cleanroom wall and masonry walls. Our doors have a range of seals to manage air pressures. Dortek also provided access control with the doors especially for personnel and material airlocks. The doors unique, hygienic and non absorbent properties make them ideal for pharmaceutical facilities.
