Center Parcs Longford was opened in 2019 and is Ireland's first forest resort. The holiday village is set across 400 acres of woodland, and consists of 466 self-catering lodges and 30 apartments, indoor and outdoor activities, a spa, restaurants, cafés, shops and the Subtropical Swimming Paradise feature.
Brief
The facility needed waterproof doors for changing and swimming pool areas. The doors needed to meet specific requirements surrounding hygiene, durability and fire safety.
Solution
Dortek’s waterproof doors are a specialist solution ideal for wet applications such as this. Their timber free construction means they will not rot, rust or warp even after years of exposure to water and cleaning agents. Their smooth and seamless surface makes them easy to clean and prevents them from harbouring bacteria.
